ENGINE 1

Purchased in 1999, BFD’s primary Engine 1 is a 2000 year model Pierce pumper that has a 1,000 gallon water tank and a 1,250 gallon per minute pump.  This unit carries 1000’ of 5”, 400’ of 3” supply hose, and 800’ of fire attack hose as well as ISO and NFPA required equipment.

ENGINE 2

Engine 2 is a 1989 year model Grumman pumper that has a 1,000 gallon tank and a 1,000 gallon per minute pump.  The truck also carries all the equipment that is required by NFPA and ISO and 1000’ of 5”, 400’ of 3” supply hose, and 400’ of fire attack hose.

HOOK AND LADDER 6

Hook and Ladder 6 is a 1990 year model KME pumper that has a 500 gallon tank and a 1,000 gallon per minute pump.  The truck also carries all the equipment that is required by NFPA and ISO.

RESCUE 3

Rescue 3 is a 1993 year model Chevrolet Walk-in Rescue that has all the equipment that is required by GEMA, NFPA, and ISO.

COMMAND 1

Command 1 is a 1996 year model Chevrolet that is used as a mobile command vehicle by the fire chief.
