A: Office hours are generally from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; however, as a volunteer organization, it is not uncommon for the office to be closed because we are on a call or conducting fire prevention inspections. Please be prepared to leave a message on our answering machine. We will call you back as soon as possible. If you plan to contact the Byron Fire Department in person, your best bet is to call ahead and make arrangements prior to your visit. |
